TOKYO No. 1 SOUL SET + HALCALI single is back on!

So I was checking out CDJapan to order something and I put in HALCALI in the search bar, as I always do that when I am on an import site, and low and behold: A new single appeared for preorder!

I check it out on Japanese sites and it looks like the mysterious TOKYO No. 1 SOUL SET + HALCALI single that was supposed to come out next week has in fact been un-canceled and pushed back to March 24th. No information or title is up for it yet, but this is good news indeed. I have my fingers crossed that the rumor that it is an m-flo or Dragon Ash cover is true!

HALCALI is on a roll right now!

    :D

Thanks for posting this! (If you check the draft I have for posting in the news section, I was meaning to get around to this and a few other items but OMG I AM SO IRL BUSY IT IS PITIFUL).

SOOOO EXCITED that this single is actually still happening. This means nothing but GREAT PROMOTION for HALCALI.
And I, too, hope that it will be a Dragon Ash or m-flo cover. “Grateful Days” anyone? That song is on the same level of epically iconic in terms of j-culture as “Boogie Back” so I say… YES!

    lol pun.

Another cover ? Bleh, I don’t want another cover. A new single, something completely new like ENDLESS NIGHT, besides, I wanna see a new kind of HALCALI, this is year of the HALCALI.

don’t you think this is forwarding them to that goal? To be honest, all because of Boogie Back, this is the year of HALCALI.

    Agreed.

I think that it is because of Boogie Back that ENDLESS NIGHT even saw the light of day. I mean they weren’t exactly getting singles out since Re: Yasashii. Boogie Back making 4 on Oricon probably gave them SO much more cred with Sony towards new releases. We haven’t seen this many singles in a row in a long, long time.
