Oricon weekly rankings are out…

… and HALCALI’s ‘ENDLESS NIGHT’ didn’t even make the top 100.

I feel very disappointed right now. Kind of like how I felt when they released the perfect ‘Twinkle Star’ and it didn’t even make it into the top 100. I can’t help but jump to blame Sony’s lack of promotion. Did they even get it out for distribution into most stores? This was their chance to push HALCALI off the success of ‘Konya wa Boogie Back’ and they didn’t take it. HALCALI: join Espionage or Rhythm Zone. VERBAL will take good care of you.

I do hope everyone will still go out and buy a copy of the ‘ENDLESS NIGHT’ single. They still need all the support we can give.

    How is this even possible…
This is their worst selling single to date, but Konya wa Boogie Back just hit like Number 4 or whatever…
    I’m in shock.

This is upsetting given that ENDLESS NIGHT is a solid HALCALI single. It’s just as good as Yasahii and LKGB, which I love. ^_^

BTW, I somehow missed the Konya wa Boogie Back single. O.o?

@Ty_Sylicus Konya wa Boogie Back wasn’t an official HALCALI solo single. It was released as a joint project under TOKYO No. 1 SOUL SET + HALCALI, which might be why you missed it. But HALCALI does all the vocals in it and it is quite good. I recommend checking it out.
